Rules

General and All Member Rules: * If you want to be a member of LCPD, you MAY NOT be a member of any other PS3 GTAIV Police Clans. * No Voice Changers  * You MUST follow traffic laws when getting a new emergency vehicle. (except at the very beginning of patrol)  * Do NOT mess/fool around while on patrol * All Assault Rifles & Sniper Rifles are off limits except for FBI Officers * RPG's and Sticky Bombs are NOT PERMITTED  * All unauthorized weapons can be used if you get explicit permission from an LCPD Official in the game. * You may NOT ignore/ hang-up when an Officer is calling you during an accident/ traffic stop. (Request supervisor if you have a problem.)  * No Random Acts of Violence, you must have a reason to kill (no spree killing) * You may not fire a weapon or assault/kill anyone in the spawn area * Use of Helicopters is PROHIBITED unless you possess Aviation   Certification * Use of Exotic cars (corvettes, lambo's ect...) is Need license  * Use of Sport Bikes need license * Boats are NOT PERMITTED * Stop at each red light. * You are NOT PERMITTED to leave the patrol island (Algonquin & Colony Island) to go to a restricted island. * You are NOT PERMITTED to enter the subway/train tracks with a vehicle * If you crash at high speed you must stop, you CANNOT continue to drive the vehicle. * You must keep your headset on at all times during patrol, unless you step away from the PS3. LCPD Officer Rules * FOLLOW Commands from your superior/ commanding officer * While on patrol do not use the radio for talking with friends. If you want to talk to someone about something not related to the patrol, call this player instead * When there is a serious situation going on, only the officers involved may use the radio. All other units must abide the radio silence * Do NOT follow civilians, waiting for them to commit a crime or traffic infraction * If a player requests a supervisor you MUST call for one.  * You may only pull people over in the spawn area IF they committed an infraction before entering the spawn.  * Do NOT pass another police officer unit while in pursuit unless he crashes or tells you to pass him/her * Do NOT Fire at the suspect until they endanger you, other Police officers and/or Civilians  * Do NOT Fire at the suspect's vehicle unless you have permission from a superior/commanding Officer and ONLY to shoot out his/her tires with a pistol * If you hit a civilian member's vehicle when you are in a pursuit you must pull out of pursuit and check on the driver. * When you arrest/cuff someone, you must tell them that their handcuffed. * You cannot force somebody out of there car unless they are being charged with an arrestable offense. * Unless there is a high risk situation/pursuit going on or you are getting health, armor or weapons, you must stay within the patrol area assigned to you. * If you do have to leave your beat area to go get health, armor, weapons ect, you must advise dispatch that you are 10-7 *You may only shoot out tires with a pistol. If the suspect opens fire then you may use the Uzi. Civilian Rules * Do NOT interfere with any police work (traffic stops,hostage situations, MVA's ect) * Do NOT always run from the cops (you could just be getting a warning) * If a civilian is involved in a pursuit or situation, when he dies he cannot rejoin it * If you pronounce yourself dead you MAY NOT run, shoot, or do anything else.  * If you are being chased by police you are NOT PERMITTED to grab a health pack/kit * When an officer says "You are cuffed" you CANNOT move, pull out a gun, shoot, run away ect.. if the officer is within visible range. If the officer is not within visible range of you, you may leave. * If a Police fires a shot , it means you've been tazed therefore you must stop/surrender. * If you get hit by a police or AI vehicle while on foot during a foot pursuit, you MUST surrender * Once you are arrested you MAY NOT escape and you MUST do what the officer says. * You are NOT PERMITTED to damage Emergency Vehicles at the Police Station, parked at a scene, TS, incident ect... * You are NOT PERMITTED to steal Emergency Vehicles * You are NOT PERMITTED to fly a helicopter or use the APC * Any glitches (blip, under-water, ect..) are NOT PERMITTED * Jumping out of an ambulance during transport is NOT PERMITTED AI vehicle while on foot during a foot pursuit, you MUST surrender * Once you are arrested you MAY NOT escape and you MUST do what the officer says. * You are NOT PERMITTED to damage Emergency Vehicles at the Police Station, parked at a scene, TS, incident ect... * You are NOT PERMITTED to steal Emergency Vehicles * You are NOT PERMITTED to fly a helicopter or use the APC * Any glitches (blip, under-water, ect..) are NOT PERMITTED * Jumping out of an ambulance during transport is NOT PERMITTED
